Terms and conditions
Conditions for the customer
For contract customers terms and conditions are defined in their agreements.
Terms and Conditions: Prices are net ex. VAT. Delivery according to incoterms 2010 or NL09.
Shipments: At the customer's expense.
Payment: Net per 15 days. After due date interest according to Norwegian Mora Interest Law (interest on overdue payments) + overdue fee.
Title: The seller has title to the goods sold until the purchase price plus interest and costs is paid in full (cf: Mortgage Act, specifically § 3-15).
Billing Fee: NOK 65, -
Return policy: Returns accepted by prior arrangement.Cut hoses, mounted units, discontinued or special manufactured products are normally not returned.
Payment by Visa or Mastercard
Once you have paid by Visa or Mastercard, the full purchase price is reserved, and charged only when the goods are sent. If we are unable to deliver a product line, the product line amount will not be charged from the card.
